Hi guys,

Had this car for 2 months now and I absolutely love it. Coming from a 1.6 Focus to this is such a change. I love the fact that when you want to, you can drive the car like any other sensible hatch and seamlessly crank it up a notch where it becomes a totally different car. Anyway, I am a bit obsessed with keeping my cars clean and the previous owner looks like he used sandpaper to wash it so I got it detailed last weekend. I bet it didn't look this good new!

Looks lovely. Have to say that if we need to buy a second car, that it's something I'm considering. Loved the one I drove a couple of years ago.

best colour, facelift form too, total animal when you want it to, love it :D

these are seriously cheap now, must resist over a teg!

thanks guys. It is a 2005 plate, guy who done the detail reckons it is the anniversary edition but im not sure. I clean it twice a week, hard work but looks so good when clean. The discs always go like that after washing, they are fine after a few miles :-)

Didn't the anniversary edition come with Recaro seats? And it was made in 2002 to celebrate 30 years of the Civic i think.

EDIT: although there appears to have been a "Special Edition" in 2005 which was very similar to the Anniversary Edition.

Nice premier milkfloat.

Your car has the final edition recaro sears from what I can see, they started in 2005. Anniversary edition was only on the prefacelift model. If the seats are full red then someone has retro fitted the 30th anniversary seats. Look like Premier seats to me though (black bits on them) which was the final batch they made when they stopped production.

That looks like a lovely standard example however my eye tells me it's been lowered a bit, 25mm or so.
