I am Looking to get a gaming pc at 1080p - 60fps I am trying to keep the budget to £600 this is probably gone over , I was going to use "Ryzen 5 1400 " but thought the 1500x would do a better job . not sure if the motherboard is a good match seems ok , also not sure about the case as it looks small I might go for a medium tower , so I would like to know what you think about this build for the price ?

1.Ryzen 5 1500x
2.Motherboard: ASUS B350M-E AM4 Micro
3.Vengeance LPX 8 GB
4.GTX 1060
5.MasterBox Q300L
6.FOCUS+ Gold 550 watt power - "already have this "
7.1tb hard drive
8.Wireless N speed up to 300Mbps
9.win10 " already have this "-
10. 3 fans

£5 more for ryzen 1600 6 core 12 thread vs R5 1500X 4 core 8 threads

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £642.54 (includes shipping: £11.70)

intel- i3 8100 now being 4 cores and 4 threads would perform better in gaming then ryzen 1400/1500x which is why ryzen 1600 is listed above

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £610.59 (includes shipping: £11.70)

thanks for your help , I like both ! the i3 8100 seems good value for money which one would you pick>?

Would personally go for the Ryzen 1600 .
If it was between i3 and Ryzen 1400/1500x then Intel would have won for myself .

You could drop down to Asus/TP next cheapest WiFi card which is still AC WiFi speed and faster then N model you listed but at a slower speed. AC1300 is what current top end modems from BT and Virgin use currently
