What are the temps like in such confined spaces? My 290 would really not appreciate that in this heat!

Gotta say though I like the design of MSIs cooler, looks far better than the original 290 one.

Pretty sure it is the BitFenix Prodigy m-itx case in the picture, as I have one as well.

The stock panell has air-vent holes.

I have bought a windowed-panel for mine, and found that while it looks good, it increase the temp of the GPU by around 10C higher comparing to the stock panel with vent-holes.

mesh on side panel with dust filter had to remove the window panel as the fan's were touching it

I had a friend who had a setup similar to this but didn't have any vents holes. He soon made some of his own with a drill. Worked surprisingly well.
