I prefer MSI, but think you should be ok with the Gigabyte.

You don't need a 360mm AIO for a 7800X3D and the SN850X might be kind of expensive (depends on your region and the offers).

Air cooler alternatives: peerless assassin/phantom spirit or freezer 36.

If you make adjustments it is possible that you upgrade from a 7800 XT to a 7900 GRE or 7900 XT, but I'd need the prices to know.

That board does look good and price is not unreasonable at £225, but if you are on a budget a B650 will do the job (pcie4 an gen4 m.2 though)

No probs.

Don't think there is anything wrong with other brands but usually only comment on ones i know about.

Gigabyte for example, i have used them before but way before UEFI was a thing. Was a good board though.

I have used MSI, Asus and Asrock and all have been great.

That's the Ryzen 9900x.
4.4ghz is the base clock.
5.6ghz is the boost clock so basically the chip will try and hit this target if the temperatures and power targets allow.
So...minimum 4.4ghz up to 5.6ghz depending on workload, power and temps.
