My New PC Build

Hey guys, my first post on this forum, hopefully the first of many

I've decided to build a new system, I've sold all the old parts and am now starting totally from scratch. So far I have purchased:

Lian-Li V2100+ Black (truly stunning quality)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
EVGA nForce 680
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB)
BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC2 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI

That still leaves me with quite a few parts to get, with money not being too much of an issue (within reason!) Here's what I was thinking of for the other parts:

Creative X-fi XtremeGamer
Noctua NH-U12F
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 500GB 16Mb Cache (two of these)
BFG 800W UK/PFC Approved
Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit

I was also wondering about a couple of things with this:

1) Will the Noctua case fan fit the EVGA m'board and is it the best option?
2) Is it worth switching to Vista? I've heard there are some issues with games and framerates and this is quite important for me
3) Is the BFG PSU any good? It's quite cheap for an 800W psu so don't know if its good or not
