Sorry if people don't like such threads, but sure I might as well. :o

Monitors: 2x24" (Dell 2407WFP, BenQ FP24W)
Speakers: Logitech Z-5500 5.1 THX Digital
Soundcard: X-Fi Titanium THX PCI-Express.
Drive: GGW-H20L Blu-Ray Rewriter/ HD-DVD drive
Case: *Still to buy*
Hard Drives: 3x1Tb Hitachi (Considering SSD for main drive).
Power Supply: Corsair HX 750W
CPU: Intel i7 920 D0 stepping retail
Motherboard: Asus Rampage Extreme II
Ram: 6Gb Patriot 3x2Gb 1600Mhz
Graphics Card: XFX 1Gb 4890
Keyboard: Saitek Eclipse III
Mouse: Microsoft HABU
USB Pen: 8Gb Sandisk Cruzer

Being a forthcoming student, I had to for budgetary reasons go for older monitors rather than buy new ones. There is still warranty on at least the Dell though.

Also it meant that I had to justify getting the 4890 instead of the GTX 295. It will have to tide me over til the new graphics cards come out.

Going to have a nice build thread hopefully as the parts start to arrive from the different places I have ordered them.

Monitors, Keyboards, mice, Speakers and hard drive pictures will be available tomorrow.:)

What would you rate this rig out of 10?

Not too hot on PC builds at the moment but clearly you've got a nice rig planned. As for the rating out of 10, depends what it's all for? Isn't 3tb of HDD space a little overkill?

Its for gaming, watching blu-ray movies (albeit casually) and will be used on my Computer course that im starting for uni at the end of the summer. Hopefully the I7 will suffice.
