My new rig benchmark:

Hi guys, yesterday I picked up an e6300, OcUK 8800GTS 640MB, 2GB geil PC6400 RAM, gigabyte DS3 and just got 7618 in 3DMark06, what do you think? any good?

Not bad, you could get 10k+ if you overclock/tune your system.

yeh well, I've never overclocked an intel before, well, never really owned one so waiting till LAN on friday and a mates going to walk me through it.. will post the benchmarks after tuning

Set that FSB to 333 and you'll get minimum an extra 1000 3d marks.

Where in stoke are you? Fancy seeing a 8800 in action and im sure i could eek some speed out of your cpu

The ram I got was:

Oh also, I still have a stock cooler on it, I get paid on Tuesday so going to whack a nice cooler on it
