Ok well I took your advice and have ditched the case for the moment and went with an Freezer 7 Pro to cool my new Q6600 Smile I will see if this can keep the temps down and if I need to go for LCS.
Any way I am now the very happy and proud owner of a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R motherboard, an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 CPU, a BFG 8800GTS OC2 and an Freezer 7 Pro to keep the CPU cool. All I can say is wow!
This thing flies, I'm getting on avarage75FPS in FEAR will all the eye candy on MAX and the screen size maxed too, which I think is good.
Once I have some time maybe this weekend if I can get round to it I will put some build pic's up and do some overclocking as I myself am new to this whole thing it will all be very simply
but it may help other out and like my mother always told me you gotta share
