My New Rig

Updated!!!!

Just got my order from ocuk today !!!!

and Im installing windows 7 as we speak (as my copy of vista is comming from the uni, havent been up and a few other things so... ) heres a few shots to show off my new rig thnks ocuk

more will hopefully come later

That looks like a very nice set-up you have there with some good cable management.

Have you considered overclocking it? as the i7 and the D0 especially are very good overclockers. You will probably need an after-market cpu cooler, but in 10 minutes you could jump from 2.66GHz to at least 3.6GHz.

Where have you put the fan filter? I thought the 590 had filters with it?

probably haha the bosses play golf all the time and leave their stuff around

I have thought of overclocking it but im thinking of doing a few modifications first, firstly i need a better screen full stop!!!! only running at 1200x800 here which is crap tbh

but i need a better cooler so all in due time, when i find the correct window panel for this case i think i might hack this one up as the other panel's window isnt that big so i might make a bigger one , and thanks for the cable management remarks

i spent a good hour on that today im a perfectionist tho so ill be trying to make it a lot beter, if ive got the co-honez i might cut the wires up and make them smaller so its easier to manage but thanks though

Get a different CPU cooler, it ruins the look and i suppose performance too.

thanks guys, heres a list of mods im thinking of

1.changing blue hdd led to red
2.ignition key for turning on/off
3.cpu cooler
4.more fans (blue) + fan display unit
5.red lead interior
6. if i EVER get the bottle and i find the offical window side, ill cut a whole in the one ive got as the offical one is crap but if i mess up ill have a back-up

oh and thanks to icy_haj for the previous thread for persueding me to go icore7

I persuaded you to go i7? Don't remember, what were you going for before? 775?
