My first SDD ever an M4 and it died on Friday morning, I have only had it a month :( .... so gave the OC boys a call and sorted out an RMA in seconds put it in the post on Friday 13:00 ish and guess what ......

Its already been recieved replaced and a new one is now on its way back to me ..

I have to say OC you really do look after your customers Im now an OC customer for life ( well what i have left of it anyway )

5 Star service.....

Now were was that system builder of the year email i got ....... :D

I have purchased from many other suppliers before but They dont come close.

Overclockers has the best customer support in my opinion.

I've been fortunate enough to never had to RMA things - but I buy from here because of the good prices, the great CS, the great forums. The free postage is great too, but stories like this just reinforce why it is so important to buy from a good company like Overclockers :D

Both a PSU of ebay and it was faulty
And they were seriously asking me what qualification do i have to deem it faulty
So never again
Found Overclockers by accident and i love them

Yes, I love them :D The communication is great, the only thing I'd like to see is RMA Tracking from the people that open RMA's via the forums (it may work, I didn't work out how to though)...

they have the best customer service i have ever seen, only had a problem with my graphics card and had to rma it twice and they are happy to do it (i kinda feel bad doing as they are so nice about their customer service)

The M4s had an issue after so many hours which was resolved with a firmware update. It's always sensible to update the firmware on SSDs, some can get improved speeds from being updated too :)

After falling out with two of OCUK's competitors over abysmal customer service (one sent out an SSD without protecting it and refused to acknowledge this was unacceptable, and the other charged me for next day delivery, but didn't dispatch until three days later and after telling me they'd refund the cost, never did. I've since had to action a charge-back on my CC!) I can say OCUK is heads and shoulders above.

Hate the fact some things are quite expensive here compared to other places, but you need to take into account the service you'll receive during and after. If my SSD failed tomorrow, I have little hope I'll see anything back for it.

Had to RMA some RAM and requested a refund, sent 1st class recorded received next day refund processed day after along with my postage costs. Cant do better than that

I would like to see OC be little bit more competitive with there pricing but hey they can't be perfect at everything lol......

having said that I have just placed another order :)

Yep, good service, decent prices. Don't get me wrong, there is obviously some places that sell the odd thing £5 cheaper but what use is that saving when it comes to returning it under a fault.

Anyone who refused to buy from OCuk because they seen the price slightly cheaper elsewhere, is a complete mad man, the real gem is the Forums and the customer support.

+1, will always return for more.

£5 here and there doesn't matter too much but 5% overall on a system build does and soon adds up to maybe a decent keyboard or mouse.

Can't fault OCUK for service and delivery,I would only ask them to sharpen their pencil on price :)
