My new Strat

1990 Strat Plus Deluxe. It's awesome. The Fender Lace Sensor pickups are absolutely ace. Sounds so good and it's in excellent condition for the year.

I've played some new USA Strats and they sound nothing like this. Wooo!

Someone leant me one very similar to that but in turquoise with a view to buying it. It was awesome to play, and the lace sensors were amazingly quiet, it just didn't quite have the punch for me. All depends on what you are looking for though

I've heard people mention that they're supposed to be quiet, but I haven't noticed. Just as loud as any other strat I've played on my amp.

When I say quiet, I mean you don't get any hums or buzzes (quiet in a good way)

Ahhh well you'd be dead right!

But I have heard some people saying they're very quiet volume wise, but that just isn't the case.
