i'd consider swapping the HD to the crucial m4, and if possible the 128gb version.

is there a particular reason you want a sound card ?, the onboard is pretty decent and might be worth trying that first, and if you don't like it get a sound card at a later date.

This.

But the rest looks spot on.

Hi,

I assumed that a sound card would work better with my 5.1 set-up?

I rang OCUK and asked them about it before I purchased it and he said that I should get one because of my 5.1 speaker set-up (Better quality etc).

So... If I don't get the sound card, I would get the same quality on the on-board?

Thanks.

have got that mobo the now, the sound on it is pretty decent.
so decent for me, saw know reason to hang onto my Asus Xonar D2X 7.1 PCI-E Sound Card.
also would go with what doomedspeed said, crucial m4 128gb. would say is a better product.
