My new website... not hosted yet tho

I hate to be too critical but that's pretty terrible, I can't think of much else to say.

What have you used to create it?

I have to agree with the others. Lose the tacky animations and lightning bolts and get some actual content on the front page!

I think there's a stage every web designer goes through, where he covers his sites with bright colours and animations. I certainly did. After a while you settle down and think about the content and ease of use ;)

(Judging by the file path, he made it in Antenna, a point-and-click thing that's gonna make fairly bad code. I bet all of that is absolutely positioned?)

It looks very dated to be honest.

I don't like websites which are mainly themed in black, there's something depressing about them. The header graphics are a bit tacky looking - I would suggest looking into more modern types of logo design - plenty of sites and portfolios around with this type of thing.

Personally I didn't think the animations were that bad but I think they would look much better in a site that was better laid out - it looks boring and very blank and has no footer, which I always think is important.

In terms of the page you clicked through on, I would try to get rid of the very visible 'blocks' of information. This as well makes it look quite out-dated.

Hopefully that's constructive.

To be honest, I don't think it looks as terrible as the guys above think. However place some content in there to fill it up, finish it off, then show it again and it could look better.
