My next gaming build list, what you think ?

Was going for i5 but for all the added performace of i7, i thought i might aswell spend an extra £50. What you think ?

Also worried about RAM, need good low profile ones for build, those ok ?

I would get a Core i7 860 instead:

This is faster in games than a Core i7 920:

The Core i7 860 uses the same socket 1156 motherboards as the Core i5 750.

The Samsung F3 500GB and Western Digital Caviar Black are the fastest 500GB hard disks ATM.

For gaming the processors seem quite near to each other! Good spot!
