It will be nice not to have to buy another PSU again unless it fails or becomes incompatible with future motherboard

Price! its a prototype so no idear yet, there will be an LCD panel added to the front in final form.

Yes it will be out of the case.

3-harddrives 2-optical 1-pump 5-fans+2 in the PSU & maybe another 2 fans in the summer if things get to hot for my water cooling zalman`s & 2 ati 1900xtx crossfire for now.

Wow, you sure even 2000W is gonna be enough to handle that load?
