my old microsoft sidewinder gamepad??

so i was clearing out my old pc parts bin and found 2 of my old gamepads, these ones:

problem is it has a gameport interface connection. and windows 7 doesnt work with it.
is there any way to get it to work without using windows xp?

pretty sure it also has gameport to USB adaptor? My MS pad did
