Went to play some TitianFall2 and Origin had forgotten my credentials/password as had I so i resett my password as I had done before.
Logged back and it asks me to enter a public ID and a name like it was a fresh account
Checked my emails from ea in the past to make sure I had not missed type my email/ID nope all fine
Asked an RL friend to check my ID and to make sure I'm on his friend's list, yep still checks out and my profile looks fine he says.
I try and login to the website and its the same thing "enter a public ID" so I can't even make a forum post.
Very confused
I've tried opening a support ticket and I've been waiting a good length of time for the chat to start.
Has anyone had this issue before?
