fist off , thanks to everyone for all the advise .

heres my overclock.

its just done an hour thru running orthos and still running at 58 degrees loaded...hoping to clear the 8 hour barrier.
specs are :
E6300
arctic cooler (forgot the full name, the cheap one !)
gigabyte ds3
geil pc6400 ull 800mhz.
antec 900 (all fans on medium)
antec spot cooler pointing at northbridge.
...just a couple of things, how safe is it to run at this speed now the weather is getting warmer?
are my temps at the moment ok?
