As above really this is my first overclock ive ever done seems ok its stable but just want some confirmation please :)

Looks very reasonable.
Now stress test it with Prime for at least 8 hours, that will tell you if its stable, then you might want to run your most commonly used app for a few hours and see if its stale with that.

You shouldn't have a problem with that CPU @ 3.2 even with the voltages at auto, I had mine to 3.8 and primed over 13 hours stable but knocked it back to 3.4 as I didn't need the extra.
Voltages I'm using now are...

vcore 1.24375 --------- going to try and lower this though (shows as 1.224 in CPU-Z)
NB at 1.34
SB at 1.20
VID at 1.2625 (as per coretemp)

I'm no expert but it could be your mobo holding you back, I'm not sure how good the p31's are for overclocking, hopefully someone with more knowledge can help more.

If it's your first overclock you should be proud of your achievement :)

The screenies look fine

Just run a stress test for the suggested time to prove stability and it's a goer!!!

Well done matey :)

PS. Now you've got the bug I wonder how long before the need for a further tweak is deemed necessary?....lol

yes and only about an hour, was just checking to see if all that looked OK

Hi
If you can stress test ok with prime etc for 1 Hr with no errors, imo you are good to go:)

Generally, if its gonna fail an overclock, it does so quite quickly.

For the life of me, I cannot see the point in stress testing for 8/12/24 Hrs at 100% load when nearly all apps you run wil generate nowhere near this load in a real life situation.

My advice, for what it's worth, stress for an hour tops, then just run your pc as you would normally with everyday apps and enjoy:)

I tend to agree with that, I've nothing on my PC that needs the CPU to run at 100% for hours on end, I usually only stress test for 2 1/2 hours at most.
