Hello.

I received my new z87 gigabyte g1 sniper 5 board and i7 4770k haswell cpu couple days ago and yesterday i finely got round to install them.

But i have notised that when im overclocking my cpu to 4.5/4.6 ghz in bios windows is not picking it up in control panel / systems.

It just says I7 4770k 3.5Ghz @ 3.5Ghz ???

But when checking cpuid and real temp ect say im at 4.5 ect?

Does anyone know what could be making windows 8 doing this?

I been reading some thing about the EIST fuction in bios?

Regards
Kyle
