Can you tell us more about this PC?

For example:
- What is your budget? (or is this a "money no object" vanity/hobby build?)
- Would you like to make savings if possible? If so, what is your ideal budget?
- Do you want liquid cooled, or is this just speculative?

Ok my budget was £3000 but its been pushed to £4000 the total budget is about £7000 that's pc and sim racing rig and monitor
I would like save where I can
First change is switching to ryzen 7 7800x3d
I would like it liquid cooled I've always wanted one and now you can customise a lot of the water cooling parts putting the 4090 into a ek waterblock and ek Waterblock on the cpu
