My PC 'feels' too slow

I built a new OcUK sourced PC last year and it's feeling a bit slow, maybe it's just my perception, but how can I check this?

I ran 3DMark and here are the results.

One strange thing is that it says my disk model is WDC 320, which is my second data disk. My OS disk is actually a 150G Raptor.

Any performance experts able to help me? I can run tests if you can tell me what I need to run.

Most of the specs are in the 3dMark results, is there anything missing that you need to diagnose?

Yeah I might do that if someone can give me some 'quick wins'...I'm never really tried OCing before, but I'm willing to give it a go with the right guidance!
