Hey guys.

I wanted to talk about the PC case and the cooler I have, I'm am very impressed with the results of the CPU and GPU temperatures. I have an Antec Performance 1 FT case. Inside I'm running a AMD 7800X3D with a RTX4090, and 32GB 6000mhz CL36 RAM.

The CPU cooler is an Antec Vortex 360mm.

Vortex Radiator fans = 600RPM
Case fans = 560 RPM
So the PC is silent.

3 x 140mmx30mm front case fans (the storm fans included with the Performance 1 case - and 1 rear 120mmx30mm fan also included in the case.

My temps are stable at around 60 degrees on the CPU. It did peak at 71 for a second when the software first loaded, but that was a small 1 second startup spike. I'm just blown away by the cooling power of the case and AIO cooler.

When I run modern high end games the CPU temp is about 55 and my GPU temp is around 65 (Palit RTX4090)

I have been running prime95 for aprox 1hr now and here are the results of the temps.

It is very easy, plenty of room and the rear side is great for easy cable management with the cable cover plates.

These 4000 series nVidia GPUs are so efficient that I'm still amazed I can cram a RTX 4080 in a NR200P MAX mini-ITX case then blow the hot air through it then out the 280 AIO in the top of the case and worst case so far on a hot day has been 60C on both the GPU & CPU. Gaming loads.

CPU is a 12700K so not particularly a hot CPU and a -100 mV undervolt on the GPU means it rarely goes above 230-240W power draw.

That does look like a well ventilated case with the vented PSU shroud being particularly appealing.

#ad lol, does look decent tho
Pretty much - free products from his employer afaik

I've always shared my PC builds on here for like 20 years. I've been a forum member since 2003. Remember I was a regular forum member before I worked for OcUK (2007-2013) and now Antec (2013 onwards)

Most people know I work for Antec, it's even in my email signature "Antec" so that's a big clue.

Surely posting about my PC is not against the rules, the forums are about PC's afterall. If the Don's/forum admins feel it should be more apparent then feel free to make my title "vendor rep" again like it was previously.

Tempted with this case but I remember seeing a white version at one point, is there any ETA on when that might launch if it is at all?

Happy to swap the OP’s system for mine that was sat at 75-77°C playing Subnautica in a poorly ventilated room last night.

Will pay for shipping both ways.

It is indeed. Here is a video showing the live data.
The AIO cooler is <£100 for the 360mm version.

I haven't bought an Antec product for over 20 years. From my perspective Antec ruled the PC world back then and it's great to see high quality Antec products again. :D
