I have a pretty good PC, but my performance is really bad compared to a friend of mine who has lower specs. His battlefield 3 is a nice constant 60fps on medium but mine at the same specs is so ..... sluggish!

Does anyone know any programs out there that can scan my system to make sure its at optimum settings? Im sure something is wrong somewhere.

Thanks guys!

primilinary, your spec looks a lot better, but i;d check

1) is your psu supplying sufficient wattage?

2) drivers up to date?

3) over/unclocked GFX cards?

i know graphics card drivers arent going to be a problem because battlefield 3 requires the latest ones anyway.

what could be the problem is this:
Current Mode: 1360 x 768 (32 bit) (29Hz)
Native Mode: 1280 x 720(p) (60.000Hz)

to my uneducated eyes it looks like the monitor running at 30FPS, which could be the problem
