It happened when I was browsing net or on video conference few months ago...it was few one-off but it is getting rebooted more often now. I get like a couple of reboot a week, not sure what is causing this.

One thing I can think that it happens when firefox was running but I may be wrong. This is 3 years old system and the temp on CPU seemed to be fine.

The screen just went black & rebooted straightaway then back to desktop as if nothing has happened. Anyone experienced this?

Thanks

Have a look in event viewer to see if there are any errors being recorded (Start>Run>"eventvwr.msc">OK). Other thing to do is disable reboot on errors (Control Panel>System>Advanced>Startup and Recovery Settings>Uncheck "Automatically Restart" in the System Failure bit). Post back any suspicious entries in the event log, and when it next happens it should give you a BSOD (blue screen of death) with an error message - write it down and post in here.

Hope this helps, null :)

Thanks, I have now unchecked "Automatically Restarted" but I find nothing strange on event viewer so I'll wait until it happens again.

Cheers
