My PC wattage output in idle?

Hi, just wanted to ask how much roughly my system outputs in idle and load?

Spec:
i5 [email protected]|Asus P8Z68-V|Kingston HyperX 8gb|HIS IceQ 7950@1070/1500(Voltages 0.800v idle, 1.115v full load)|Asus D1|Intel 520 120gb|WD Blue 750gb|PC MKIII 600W|Antec P280+ 5xBeQuite Shadows 7.5v

I'm currently running 2 monitors

Samsung SA350H (ECO 75% setting on)

I mainly game on the IIyama.

But my OC downclocks all the settings are configured to be more eco friendly

so probably on idle your pc is using 60W

Probably, the gpu has disabled boost function which allows it to use lower clocks and voltage if the game doesn't need that much power.
