My pc won’t post pls help

My computer was working perfectly fine the day before, but when I boot it up today it goes straight to the bios(as usual) and when I boot to my hard drive my monitor doesn’t detect a signal. All of my fans and rgb lights are working and ram, cpu and hdd all show up in my bios. Would this be a motherboard issue or my power supply? Any help would be much appreciated.

Specs: r5 1600, strix gtx1080, 550w Corsair psu, 16gb 2133mhz ram

What's the specific model of PSU?
Not everything stamped with Corsair's sticker is quality product.

Also what's the model of motherboard and all parts you have connected into it.
For example if you have multiple drives could try booting with only OS drive connected.
Also make sure all cables are firmly connected.
