Too much undetailed foreground and no real point of interest, sorry.

Cut it in half horizontally across the middle, there is too much black foreground Nice sky though.

Personally I don't like the orange and theres an annoying orange blob in the black area, I think it may have been a tree.

Did a quick photoshop and came up with this

Personally, I quite like it. Dramatic sky and a distinct lack of it elsewhere. Only slight niggle in my opinion is the slightly streaky stars, but that's a very minor concern.

I think it would work better if the foreground was completely black, and perhaps if there was more of the sky in view
