I love my k750! Got rid of my compact camera because it literally is that good for me, don't ever print images so don't need the very best quality...however this phone almost give you it!

I'm glad i've spent £600 on DSLR and another £600 on lense to have people with Camera phones take better photos than me.

2 very good shots

how spooky is this...

just looked again at this thread and just as i was doing so carphone warehouse etxted me to say i was due for an upgrade...i've got a k750i coming on monday!...sweet :)

To find which version you have at the moment type this into your phone...

The goto to Service Info and the Software Info.

The Firmware version is at the top, I am using R1N035 (Released on SEUS for the K750 on 12/9/05) at the moment and I think the latest is... R1AA008 (Released on SEUS for the K750 around 9/12/05)

so do i need a cable then? and a pc by the looks of it...

Thanks for the replies, I pretty much never use my compact digital (canon S40) any more, I never remember to actually take it anywhere... because I've got the k750 with me everywhere.

It is indeed Caswell, good work... :)

I did cheat a bit, did run a pretty weak noise filter over them. Max image size from the k750 is 1632x1224, it handles outdoor scenes pretty well, but it pretty noisy as soon as you don't give it a lot of light.

Nice shots :). If you haven't already flash the firmware as it seems to improve image quality.

The cameras reasonably good for closeup stuff provided you have enough light too, here's a macro shot I took, I was never expecting it to be that clear:
