So for a while i have been really slaking, i will take photos and do nothing with them! I have been feeling like giving up photography but after taking my camera to an estate last Sunday to photograph some early blooming blue bells i got that feeling back in my belly :)
So i restarted some images i took in London on the 1st of march and i will gradually post what i take here (blue bells to follow later!).
Please feel free to C+C my work, i need to know where i go wrong or right.
I have quite a lot of images so i will post regularly :)

Nice pics Buzz, particularly like image 2 "The Thames", shame it looks a little overcast, a bit blue sky and clouds would have improved the pic even more. First 3 pics of Day 3 looking good in particular pic 3 for some reason. Nice bit of processing on all pics. Thanks for sharing.

What's the story behind "Not this blokes day"?

Also curious on that.

Don't usually like B&W plus selective colour shots but your London eye one is superb!

Thank you for your feed back, i processed the image to look like that, i was going for a late 80's-90's look to the pic :)

cheers genoma, im the same, sometimes its inappropriate but this looked really nice with the colour.

In answer to both your questions it was an eastern European hustling on the bridge, this fat dude put some money down, when the hustler took the money he slammed him into the side and cuffed him, two mins later a meat wagon appeared!

Tower Bridge by night is my fave.....would love to see it in colour as well

Regards Simon

same here. I like the way the wooden boards line up to guide to the bridge, the cloud is also a nice addition.
Wuld like to see acolour if possible.

I will upload a colour version tonight :)

Many thanks for your comments

All these images were my attempt at street photography on the underground, im still not 100% about taking pics of strangers.
This is my favourite image, such lovely contrast, depth and sharpness. It was hand held on the tube while moving!

I still maintain the B&W is the better image

So here is the colour version of my night image, what do you think?

Great shots! I prefer the black and white personally.

i've fallen out with photography as well, though it's probably because i'm getting slightly bored of London :o

I have been at major loggerheads whether to give up or not and just going through my untouched photos has ignited my desire :) albeit i dont know where i want to take it?

I see it from your pov if you live somewhere it can (to you) become uninteresting, i think you just need to find variation. I feel exactly like you, all i can say is dont, do things differently, london has many easily accessible interesting areas and places :)
