Thought it's about time I posted a few pics as I've been asked in the past.

I have refitted the rear badge now after cleaning it up.

It's a 1.9 Diesel & I knocked it past the 100k Today.

I'm not a fan of those mirrors, it just looks too chav-y0! and how do you see the blind spots in them anyway? they're like half the length of a normal mirror!

The rest of it looks nice and clean.

De strip the sides
Remove the rear tints
Get some clear clusters + repeaters
Colour code the mirrors
Maybe get some new wheels and I think it would be nice :)

Oh and either put the badge back on or properly de-badge the boot, looks like someone has nicked it at the mo (have they? lol).

It is most definitely my Chavmobile.
As for the Blind spots, Pffff I don't look backwards & Nowt can keep up with me to be in my blind spot anyway. :p:p:p

The rear badge is back on I just took it off to clean it up properly.

I cant think of a single good word to say about it :(

I totally get the idea of buying a super cheap car for minimum running costs. But why do that and then fit all that stuff to it? It looks like the sort of thing a dim 17 year old would dream up :(

Couldnt agree more. Get some nice vw or tastefull alloys, get rid of those clusters put some standard mirrors on and it, fit badges front and back. Keep it period. Keep it nice!

My first car was an L reg Ford Escort 1.6 LX. I honestly though it was the best thing ever. I had visions of a cool stereo, OZ Superleggera wheels and Lexus lights. In the end I didn't fit it with any of those. If I had, I may have created a car more tawdry than yours.

Sorry! :(

You really should have gone for 16v rear clusters if you HAD to change them, they look so much better. It's not low until your pushing cigarette packets along the ground ;)

I drive past this everyday to and from work and it is tidy and does stand out. What happened to your landy malc?
