Don't wanna sound harsh, but why did you spend that much in the first place if money was tight? Or has something cropped up you couldn't have planned for?

Guys, there's no trading allowed outside the MM - you don't want to earn yourselves a forum holiday, do you?

Hav

We both can't access the market place yet. So until that happens members might have take their buys/sells elseware.

No, granted. But if, like me, he opened it carefully... then it could be an option.

So you wouldn't mind buying something from a shop that's meant to be brand new and sealed for over £300...and receiving one that's been opened and used by someone else.

My "brand new" monitor was like that. It soured things slightly knowing i got what is essentially second hand goods but it works ok and seems as good as new. If the card is in new condition it shouldn't matter much.

Damn I hate when extra bills shows up :D
Hope you get a nice price for it, or find and alternative way to get some money.

A little OT - I have been looking and searching for a post mentioning amount of posts before one get access to the members market - anyone?

I wouldn't accept a returned item. It might be slightly faulty (quirky) reason for the return, or he might have abused it in that time.

Reason why I don't shop at the place similar to Xenas horse. :-)

epoxy5 - originally it was 150 posts although i think it is now 250. i will soon tell you though as this is my 150th post!!!

edit : :(

Many places won't let you return it once it's been unsealed and opened and used.

The distance selling act states you have 7 days to inspect the goods as you would in a shop, would be a bit hard without taking it out of the box.
