My Power Supply

You have 4 12v rails on that PSU totalling 72, so you'll get 18A off the 8 pin and another 18A from the 6 pin. That's enough to run most mid range cards but 36A isn't going to run anything like a 570/580 that require 38 minimum.

I'd go for something like a GTX 560ti. Or return the PSU and buy one with a bit more grunt.

Willing to spend £100 I don't really need a high end card, enough to play most games and get a reasonable frame rate
I was looking at a 550ti that required a minimum of 24 amps but is it the card that requires 24 amps if so it only has one 6 pin connector.

You'll probably find a 5850 or a GTX 460 for about 100 quid. Both will run fine on that PSU (they both have two, six pin connectors).
