Can anyone help? my Radeon powercolor red devil 5700 xt just died on me today whilst gaming.
I was playing Forza 4 and it just went off. I was looking at my phone at the time and i thought id just somehow gone into stand by. But i could not get any display on my tv hdmi port. I tried another port and another cable and nothing. So i tried on another monitor and nothing. Put my old 7970 in the pc and no problems. So if i put my red devil in now the diagnostic light on my tomahawk max is lit red on vga so its the card. Ive tried everything i know and now its looking like an RMA. I bought from ocuk last August. I even tried the red devil in my older pc and no display. it still lights up rgb wise but one thing i noticed from the off is the fans never spin unless its under load, but i suppose that's normal? Im gutted. :(

Do a web note through the website or do a post under the customer care section of the forum and someone will be I touch to arrange a rma on it as it’s under a year old.

keep in mind that they are very busy at the moment and the social distancing isn’t making their job any easier so there maybe a delay in a reply or getting a replacement out/tested

Yeah thanks I will do. Just can't understand what's gone wrong there's been no crashes and it's in my phantecs case and that is well ventilated. I'm not an overclocker and the card is at stock. I'll raise a ticket cheers!.

Out of curiosity, did you have any unusual behaviour before? Black screen crashes, BSOD, any coil whine or shhhh noises while mouse scrolling?

The only thing I can think of was the odd black screen. But I know AMDs drivers are known for this. I can't really recall any crashes. It was gaming like a champ no artifacts no excessive noise nothing really. It just lost signal on my Samsung Q70R tv during a game of Forza 4 and I could not get a signal to tv or monitor using any cable HDMI or display port. And in different pcs too. My old 7970 is working fine though. So hopefully today it would have arrived at ocuk rma. I hope I never get unlucky as I did with a replacement.
