I thought you were meshing the whole of the bottom? Ahh well. Can't wait for some pics of the LCD . The paint job will look sound if someone can pull it off. Maybe you could evntheme the case like with a game you play. I've seen some pritty swanky ones over the years.
with a bit of filler tho it should be able to make this look a lot neater. I was thinking of so some sort of watery theme, i dont have the skills tho, so il have to make some contacts.
but my mesh hole now looks like part of the floor, and underneath i tryed to make the bits of metal which stick the mesh to the case blend in, but they ended up more of a raised feature, never mind still looks neater than the ruff bit of metal, il try and neaten them up tomoz with the dremel
currently bonding a pespex shelf for the lcd to sit on 
Although I dread the state of the kitchen...they'll be filler everywhere Still though, looks better with filler as doesn't look as harsh as just the mesh and plus with a 'lick of paint' it'll look even better!

That'd shut her up, well...it would me so I presume she'd be the same 
Will have to bring it down next time I'm at Newcastle which I think will be next Friday (20th April)
