Intel Core 2 DUO Extreme Edition X6800
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C3 TwinX

ATI Radeon X1950 XT-X ***Crossfire/Master Edition***
HIS ATI Radeon X1950 XT-X ICEQ 3

Antec P180 Advanced Super Midi Tower Case
Antec TruePower Trio 650W PSU

Adaptec AAR-1420SA
4 x Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB *ammeded*

Any problems or silly mistakes ?

Is a 650w PSU enough grunt for this system ?

Does anyone have an Antec P180 case ? Would a 220mm long PSU fit (thinking of a Galaxy)

Get a more reputable PSU like Tagan!

Also, will you be able to live with 4 Raptors? Heard one alone is very noisy :(

Wy on earth would you need four Raptors? That's be just silliness unless this is a terminal server with a large number of concurrent users. If you must have a Raptor, gt it and swap the rest for the Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250 GiB model. They're nearly as fast, use a ton less power, are quieter, cooler, and a better value for the money.

Do you need PCI-X support on the motherboard? If not you might be better picking a cheaper version of the motherboard like the P5W DH Deluxe Wifi. I'd also agree that changing for another PSU is probably a good idea, a Seasonic M12 700w would be a good choice although pricey.

I don't know if you've seen this hp7909 but your advice is requested in this thread if you have anything to add. :)

Yes PCI-X is required for the RAID controller.

The Seasonic PSU is nearly and inch longer than the Antec and the case is seemingly very tight on space.

Would welcome anyone with the case to let me know how much room there is to play with in the PSU compartment.
