My PS4 has broken, what next?

Hi All,
I bought a ps4 off ebay back on december 21st, it was brand new in box. A month later and it has stopped turning on. Any suggestions? Trying to find the link on google to return to sony is nigh on impossible

His ebay page lists " no returns accepted "

He may say no returns but contact him and ask him where he bought it from then go to that store.

Did he supply an original purchase receipt?

No returns accepted isn't the same as dealing with something which has broken or become faulty, totally different things, I'd contact the eBay seller first of all.

It will be far quicker for you to get in contact with sony directly. 2 days after I phoned them I had a courier knock on with a brand new console. Swapped at the door for my broken one. Job done.
