My quote gave others inspiration

Yesterday in work 2 guys were telling me about how difficult their day was due to various reason.
After they told me about how they struggled to finish their work package, I replied.

" its as hard as you make it, and as easy as you want it "

For a few seconds they look at each other, then they both agreed that was a very good way to look at it, LOL then on the way out of work they were both talking about what I said !

Is it a good quote or not ?

We all liked it anyway, brought them a smile at the end of their bad ass day
Me on the other hand, I always have a good day in work as I use that theory.

Doesn't make sense, if hard work is hard, it's not going to be easier by wanting it to be.....

But then, without knowing what the work actually is, it's difficult to input a suitable opinion.

You can make your job hard by going about things the wrong way, or you can make it easy by looking at it in a logical way in which works best for you without making it even more difficult than what it already is, breaking it down and simplifing the task
