My ram is dead.

Anyone had any experience with Crucial RMA, and what was it like for you?
 
My Crucial RMA's ran like a dream. They'll confirm reciept and will inform you if there will be a delay via email when they log them on the system, and will confirm dispatch when they're being packed.

It's usually less than a weeks turnaround, maybe a bit more if they haven't got any in stock.

My longest was 14 days, but that was over Easter and they didn't have them in stock at the time.

Would be good if they are abit like Logitech and ask for invoice, then send replacement, then you send your broke stuff back.
