My Ram Speed?

How can i check the speed my RAM is working at...

I have 1066mhz installed but have a feeling its running at 800mhz :confused:

Download CPU-Z and check there. It would tell you your ram speed.

Ok so it would appear to be running at 800mhz due to be at 1.8v

silly me for thinking being advertised at 1066mhz it would do that !!?! *rolls eyes*

so apparently it needs to run at 2.2v to achieve 1066mhz

someone guide me on this please?

You can change those settings in the bios easily.

The speed of the ram is only as fast as the speed you set in bios, and is normally relative to the cpu anyway. Higher speed ram primarily plays its part in heavily overclocked system.
