Following on Raymonds thread about the lack of photos, I want to contribute some of my photos here. I took a trip to short trip to Singapore, went over to Hong Kong as usual and then a day trip to Macau. Won some money while I was there
Brought a shiney new lens while I was in HK and made good use of it in Macau.
These photos are in no chronological order as I'm going through my memory cards. Any comments you have would be great. I'll do my best to add some sort of description to each photo as it gives you a better understanding. Over time I'll add more from my short trip.
We were on a short boat trip to Macau from Hong Kong. We were sitting behind a young family and I was messing around with my camera and new lens.

3. Half Self portrait of myself using the reflection off the folding tray in front of me. Surprised how well it turned out since the boat was rocking about.
4. Once we arrived in Macau, we took a short shuttle bus ride to one of the many Hotels / Casinos. Anyone care to take a guess which one this was taken at? HINT: ITS A REPLICA
5.
6. After our trip around the casinos, we headed off to do some proper tourist stuff and head further inland. This photo was taken at the St. Paul's Cathedral. The front of the building was the only standing structure since being demolish from some war or batter (correct me if I'm wrong). As a good luck gesture people would often put money (safely) on the ledge of the window. You can see the view into Macau.
7. Next to the Cathedral was a fort/castle which still remianed in good condition. Was a bit of a steep walk but after we got to the top there was a nice view around macau and I think this was the highest natural point in the island and not manmade. There were cannon's plotted all over the fort and showed that attacks would come from every angle.
More to come...
