Well after nearly 2 years away from cycling due to various health issues, & the subsequent weight gain, 35lbs+ first time I've ever been over 200lbs.
I'm putting a plan together to get back into a fitness regime.
I was regularly riding around 5,000 miles a year however a fractured hip started the decline, then various chest issues along with recurring hip problems this slowly dropped to virtually nothing in the last 2 years.
Plan is to get back slowly via Zwift, which I used regularly between 2021 - 2024 & hopefully once some level of fitness is back get a few road miles
Not expecting miracles but hoping to rekindle my love of cycling & see some level of fitness return
