The LED lights are connected via a channel on my fan controller so I can dim them or turn them off completely.

Both very nice rigs, personally prefer the second one.

Someone please explain the 'Individually Sleeved Cables' thing many people do these days?

Is it just for looks or does it have a real purpose in terms of functionality?
