Hi everyone,

Just got my 3070 TUG OC delivered (woooooo), and went to plug it in and...I've no idea how to and there's no instructions. It has 2, 8 pin power slots. I have an 8 pin cable that splits into 2 x 8 pins at the graphics card, is that the correct one to use? It's been so long since i plugged in my last one I can't rememeber and can't find any info anywhere.

To compound matters, the computer turns on with that power cable, and can go to windows, but the display is in around 200p. I'm assuming i need to download drivers, or is the power not enough so the card is running low res?

Going on the asus website for the drivers, the product support page has nothing on it.... Absolute disaster.
Can anyone else find the website with either the drivers on the manual?

Thanks for any help guys, would be really appreciated.

Do you have the Nvidia drivers installed? Those won't come from the Asus website.

With regards to the power, it should still work that way but the ideal is to have 2 separate cables from the PSU itself.

Ok I've used 2 separate cables. It's running at 1080p now. I'll try get the drivers from nvidia, it said to get them from the asus website and I didn't think abouut nvidia in my panic. Thanks guys, will try that. Just got to get my internet working on it now :(

Gfx card won't have anything to do with your internet access unless you happened to reinstalled windows beforehand or somesuch :)

Hahaha, no sadly my ethernet isn't working at the moment either (I've no idea how to fix it either, tried a few things. Hoping a friend can help!). Having download on this pc and usb the drivers over. It's a bit of a s*** show
