My side by side monitors wont let me move the mouse between them...

hey guys

I am trying a new monitor config, im having an issue where my 2 side by side screens dont allow the mouse / any program windows to pass between them as they should.

Here is a pic of my setup in windows, I really cant see why i cant move the mouse from screen 2 to screen 3?

Any ideas?

No worries i fixed it just by restarting the pc, didnt change anything...windows for you...
