My Sigs gone??

Ive had my sig removed with a message to see the FAQ section on sigs. I had already looked at that when i joined,and have read it again since. I cannot see why its been removed as it does not break any of the rules.

It says no linking to competitors sites,quite how my own is deamed that when there are loads of sigs on here with links to peoples own sites has baffled me.

Can any admin PM me or respond to advise as i would like to know what the problem is.

What was your sig? then someone else can say why also.

I was a sigbar to my own poker forum. I carnt see how a poker forum has any impact on a pc specialist forum can you?

Was it writing or image?

If a Image it has to be 400 x 75 and no more than 20kb in size.
Writing - 4 lines of standard text.

all it had was a pic of the home page (very small) and a posts and topics count thats it

It was a link to another forum, seen as a 'competitor' in some ways so was removed for obvious reasons.

You say obvious reasons well its nothing like the same form or subject forum,its massively different. And there is loads of sigs here taking you to other forums so cheesed off mines been removed

Ok i will pm you matey. I agree that I've only been here five mins and I'm happy to play ball,I just don't like joining s forum then breaking the rules, I read then first so I don't upset anyone with silly rule breaks.

Not that it makes any difference in you sayin that but it made me smile as your basically saying it's one rule for old mates and new users can go to hell.

user control panel / edit sig

then add the bb code to display your sig in the box

I.E

Your sig is too large at 30.7k. It should a maximum file size of 20k.

I've already contacted Skybluearmy regarding this via email, cheers anyway though simulatorman
