My son/s have managed to install a Chrome extention "Searchisty" browser hack that is now locked under organization adminitration?

Hi All

My teenage sons seem to have installed some sort of Chrome Extention and its broken my search engine on my gaming PC .....

It won't let me uninstall the normal way, I have installed ccleaner and some other cleaning tools but I can't get rid of it?

I have uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled but its still there

Any other tools I can use do you think?

I am so ******* off I have never had any sort of virus, malware as I'm super careful on what I click, I don't think I have AV installed as I'm that funny about everything! Some websites are suggesting regedit files deletion ........

Try purging your addon folder

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions
