You can play around a bit to change that 1950 pro for the 8800 but in my experience the difference isn't that big between the 1950 512mb and the 8800 gts 320mb certainly not £76 better.
Play around just make sure you keep

How about this memory:

If your running your mem at 1:1 you'll probably not get above the spec of this ram, even with overclocking (333 MHz (1333)FSB = 667MHz on the RAM, that processor is at 200 MHz(800 MHz)FSB stock = 400MHz on the RAM). Also that RAM should be capable of running at 1000MHZ and is a good price.
