I think we guessed that but it looks awkward to pull out the middle ones because nothing to grab onto to pull them off?

So where did you get the bits from, could you put it on the back of a cupboard door to keep out of the light and yet within easy reach?

Missus bought from all over the place, including some stuff we got from a souk in Dubai. Limited room in our flat meant no door to go on, however it gets no direct light.

surely the Asafoetida should be triple wrapped in cling-film, encased in carbonite and then dropped in the Mariana Trench and even then you'd open the kitchen door and go "what on earth is that smell?"

Clearly the conainers do a good job keeping everything sealed, haha.
