My stomach - Help!

Milk

Chilli is hot because of capasacanoids (god I still can't spell that bloody word), not acid as some people think. Milk can help. Water can't.

Anthing containing large amounts of soluble fats will help - eg. olive oil.

(The raw semolina suggestion was just to see if you would).
 
Beer is great for killing spiceyness... Another good thing about using beer is that the relief is short lived, especially if drank while still consuming the spicey feast - Therefore vast quantities of beer will be "required" :p

He best off drinking some cooking oil, it'll neutralise the acids and "ease" him for the next few days.

milk is good to settle the 'fire' in your mouth, cant remember hearing about it being good to settle the stomach
